This program uses guided self-discovery, storytelling, and design theory to help teens and young adults figure out their interests and next steps.
What it is: A program designed to help you learn more about your own interests, values, and desires for your future self, and then actually experience different paths before making decisions about future study or career options. The first part of the program uses reflection and storytelling exercises geared towards self-discovery. The second part of the program incorporates elements of design theory and involves you taking active steps to learn more about and, more importantly, experience certain areas of study or work.
